Where is my order?
Signed in, your orders are under Orders in the menu. As a guest, use the order number and the email you checked out with.
Track an orderHow long does delivery take?
Made-to-order pieces leave us within three working days. Delivery is free over £150 and always tracked.
Can I return something?
Unworn, unopened pieces can go back within 30 days. Confection and bespoke commissions are the exceptions.
Something arrived damaged
Email us with your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund it — whichever you prefer.
