These terms apply to everything you buy from this website.
How the contract is made
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your card is charged at that point, but the contract is made when we email you a confirmation. If we cannot accept your order we will tell you and refund you in full.
Before you pay you can go back and change anything on the checkout page. We will email you a copy of the confirmation, which is the record of what you bought.
We take the stock for your order when you begin checkout and hold it for ten minutes. If payment does not complete in that time it goes back on sale.
Prices and delivery
- Prices are in pounds sterling and are the price you pay.
- No VAT is charged, as we are not VAT registered.
- Delivery is £5.95 within the United Kingdom, and free on orders of £150.00 or more.
- We deliver to the United Kingdom only.
- Orders above £2,000.00 cannot be placed on the website. Please email us instead.
Everything is made in small batches, so a run can sell out before the next is ready. We aim to dispatch within five working days and will tell you if it will be longer.
The goods become your responsibility when they are delivered to the address you gave us.
If we have made an obvious pricing mistake we will contact you before dispatch. You can then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. We will not charge you the difference without asking.
Cancelling, returning and faults
You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days, and separate rights if something is faulty. Both are set out on the returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Your account
You can buy as a guest. If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it — signing in and choosing “sign out everywhere” ends every other session. You can close your account at any time from your account page.
Our responsibility to you
If we fail to comply with these terms we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable.
We supply goods for private use. If you use them for any commercial purpose we will have no liability for loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. In particular, we do not exclude or limit your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 that the goods are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring them in the courts there.
